This vintage form is from the New York bridal and millinery district. This form can easily be decorated with lace trims, appliques, beads, feathers, or rhinestones (or all of the above!). The edge is stabilized with covered wire. Make a bridal headpiece or fascinator. This piece measures 9.5x9.75" across the top, at the widest points. Open mesh is perfect for a light and airy headpiece. This headpiece is covered in off-white organza.
