This vintage form is from the New York bridal and millinery district. This form can easily be decorated with lace trims, appliques, beads, feathers, or rhinestones (or all of the above!). The edge is raw. Make a bridal headpiece or fascinator. This piece needs some TLC. A little steaming and a little extra stiffening will make it like new. Sold AS IS. Our price is approximately $6.00 less than the current bridal industry price!
